Hello, Does anyone know the time for end-filling by T4 DNA polymerase? I recently read a article and mentioned about that the incubation time of T4 DNA polymerase cannot exceed 30 minutes. I would appreciate it if someone could share his/her experience with me. Thanks a lot! Terry.
