chromosomal mutagenesis in Enterobacter amnigenus

Hi,

My subject is insertion mutagenesis of the enterobacter bacterial
chromosome.
I have the cloned gene and the screening system of the mutants.
Random single copy insertion method using transposon or site-directed
mutagenesis via homologous recombination would be possible.

Can anyone inform me the recent useful protocol or information regarding
this ?

It will be helpful for me.
