In looking at the development of a number of osteoblast cell lines, I would like to measure DNA content and then deduce the cell number per tissue culture plate. I would be grateful to hear of assays for measuring DNA content in cell culture. Thanks, Ron Thomas thomasr at acpub.duke.edu
