anti-phosphoserine/anti-phosphothreonine... any good?

I've seen a number of suppliers advertising anti-phosophoserine and/or
anti-phosphothreonine, but I can't find many published references or
recommendations for using any of them. Other than Sigma's, which has
gotten universally poor reviews, does anyone have experience, good or
bad, with any of these antibodies?
