differentiate transiently transfected PC12 cells

Dear,

We are not at all familiar with PC12 cells. However, we need like to
transiently transfect PC12 cells and exame the effect of the transgene on
these PC12 cells during differentiation of the PC12 cells induced by NGF.
Ideally, the cells should be examined between 24u and 48h after
transfection.

What is the best way to perform these experiments ?
