Hi,
It is genomic DNA isolated from snails. It digests with MspI but not EcoRI,
and I am led to believe that (from Kramel Biotech catalogue: supplier)
EcoRI is very salt sensitive, so am making the assumption that I have salt
left. The DNA is isolated with a CTAB method that includes a very high
concentration of NaCl so I suppose this is a reasonable assumption.
Thanks for all the suggestions so far!
Craig.
