2-mercaptoethanol and DTT

No real problem. 10mM B-mercaptoethanol for 1mM DTT. I believe that B-
mercaptoethanol goes off faster but is a lot cheaper than DTT for say
medium scale protein purification i.e. buffer on 20 litre scale etc.
