in vitro TX with chromatin template DNA

Dear Bionetters,

I have done lots of in-vitro TX reactions on "naked" template DNA. But,
because
it is much more like the real thing, I wonna use chromatin template DNA
instead.

Does anybody know good publications, books or internet web-sites where the
chromatin assembly and the transcription reaction is explained in detail?
