Hi there
I am looking for a good lysis reagent/buffer for lysing mammalian cells, so
that I am able to assay a cytoplasmic protein. Am currently using Trition
X-100/PBS/Water/Potassium Phosphate/Freeze Thaw cycle variations, but want a
more reliable method that doesn't degrade the protein.
The cells are adhered to a 96-well plate, and I am assaying Luciferase
activity.
Thanks
