Dear Sir:
Would you please help and give me a reply soon?
In isolation of plasmid DNA , the yields were very lower when I use
Alkali Method ( follow the promega  protocol ), the strain is DH5a,
plasmid is pGEM3-zf, bacterial growth in LB media overnight, how can I
increase the yields? What is the optimal pH after neutralization with 3M
NaAc(after adding  Solution III )?
