Has anyone any ideas for increasing yield when using geneclean. I am using the spin method but am not getting the kinds of yields that the protocol suggests. I am cleaning up genomic DNA which is high MW, although I don't know how big it really is. Does for instance warming the buffer, or leaving it to stand on the particles aid in recovery? Craig.
