Recommendations for cheaper "stratacooler" benchtop coolers?

Well, I guess my "cooler" is The Cheapest:

Take one of the packages of "reusable ice" that come with practically
any frosen stuff, and insert Epps, tearing holes in the polyethylene
cover.
Freeze at -20^c, -70^C whatever you want. When in use just take the
Epp out  and put your enzyme tube in. 

Don't forget to freeze as soon as you've finished - the goo from the
pack will get out otherwise.
