yes we reuse them up to 20 times. just fill the columns with water and
centrifuge after you elute the DNA. Be Careful ! This is only good for
analytical preps dont use DNA from reused colums for ligation
/transformation. Even if you cant see anything on the gel- its enough
DNA there for the bugs .....
