Hi netters, I have trouble with the transfection of sacch. cerv.. I tried different transfection protocolls, but there is no growing under selection conditions. So I`m looking for other procedures. If anybody can send me transfection protocolls ore references, please do. The same plasmid with a similar insert worked very well. Thanks Albrecht
