Anyone using gene chips?

I'm wondering if anyone here has used gene chips for analysis of gene
expression (for example, comparing neuronal gene expression from
drug-naive animals vs. drug-treated animals)?
 
How reproducible are the results?
 
Are the chips easy to use?
