For leaves, I have used beta-ATPase (mitochondrial, I believe) and ROC1
(involved with ubiquitination but I cannot remember off hand how). It was
nice to use both since bATPase is highly expressed and ROC1 was fairly
lowly expressed. Sorry I was so sketchy on the details, write me if you
want the specifics.
