Overcooked southern blots!

No problem at all. Baking at 80degrees is a method to couple the blotted DNA to
the membrane. It works, but I guess nobody really knows how. Anyway, I have
also sometimes left the membrane bake overnight, with no negative effect. So,
7h is clearly on the safe side.
