I would like to have the recipie for the RLT buffer in the RNeasy kit by Qiagen -- I do in vitro selex on ribozymes and use this kit -- I think that something in this buffer is influencing the evolution of my ribozymes but I cannot find out what's in the buffer -- the techs at Qiagen were no help Thanks in Advance Jeff Huckaby
