Bubbles in DNA melting Tm analysis

I am starting some experiments using a Tm accessory in a Pharmacia
Ultrospec 3000 espectrophotometer. The device seems to work OK, but
there are some problems apparently due to bubble formation in the
cubete. Does anyone know something about this? Any advice? Any help?
