Since E.coli is completely sequenced, you can answer this question for
yourself by searching Genbank.

The short answer is: yes. Swissprot entry is Gt_Ecoli .

(Actually, this surprised me quite a bit. I had been under the impression
 that glutathione was restricted to eukaryotes...)
