Hi netters,
I was using freeze-sequeze method for isolation of DNA from agarose gel.
This is working for subcloning.
If you are interested in this protocol folow:

----put agarose fragment containing your interest DNA to centrifuge tube
----incubate centrifuge tube for 10 min at dry ice
--- " " " for 20 min at room temperature
---- " " " again for 10 min at dry ice
----centrifuge at room temparature for 15-20 min
----remove aquase phase containing DNA (battom site agarose gel) into new
centrifuge tube and make ethanol precipitation in order to concentrate
DNA.
This is easy and cheapest way for isolation of DNA from agarose gel.

best regards
