how much recombinant protein in a plaque ?

Hi Florent,
I doubt that anyone has ever really been able to determine the amount of
protein made in a recombinant plaque. Anyway, I´d say 5micrograms are
definitely out of reach. When I do plaque screening with antibodies, I
get a good signal comparable to western blots with some 10 nanograms on
it. So, perhaps you get 100nanograms at best; and that will depend on
the protein of course.
