Hi,

I am using TSS onestep preparation and trnsformation of competent cell. Must
I use PEG 3350? Can I use PEG 8000 because I cannot find PEG 3350? In this
case, when incubation at 37 degree for 30-60 min, I replace LB with 1xTSS
with 20mM glucose added?
