Purification of palmitoylated proteins?

	I have used hydroxylamine treatment of extensively washed membranes
to purify a fraction substantially enriched in (de)palmitoylated proteins.
This gave me a fraction that could then be re-palmitoylated using membranes
and 3H-palmitate. If this serves your purpose, I'll pass on the protocol.
