PCR mutagenesis

Mutagenesis by nucleotide misincorporation is only one approach to PCR
mutagenesis.  Another method is called "DNA Shuffling Mutagenesis", and is
described in papers by W. Stemmer.  I do not have specific citations on
hand, but a search of Medline may be able to come up with something.  The
concept is different from point mutagenesis by misincorporation, and is
reported to be more powerful.
