Problems with site Directed Mutagenesis

Hello all,

I am attempting to use the Stratagene Quikchange Site Directed
Mutagenesis Kit to attempt to insert 4 bases and induce a silent
mutation.  I am having problems with primer design and getting any
results, as the sites of mutation are adjacent to a long GC rich
repeat. Does anyone have any suggestions?
