Integration or not

I have human LTC-IC colonies that are fluorescent (after transfection).
Is there a practical method to prove that the GFP gene is INTEGRATED
into the cell chromosome? The plasmid used was pEGFP-1 with no origin of
replication in mammalian cells. I have thought about FISH, Reverse PCR,
and Souther hybridization. All have major disadvantages (there are only
about 50 cells to start with).
Is there any commercial kit available for this?
Any sugestion is highly appreciated.
