Try Amresco's PAGE-Plus (www.amresco-inc.com).  I use it for SDS-PAGE as well
as sequencing gels.  This is the acrylamide ABI recommends for their
automated sequencers.  Unfortunately, they don't send a cheat-sheet for
SDS-PAGE like they do for DNA gels.  I'm hounding them to do so, but in the
meantime, if you would need the amounts to mix, let me know.
