Does it have to be from Clostridium Kluyveri?  Sigma sells PTA from B.
stearothermophilus (cat P2783) and Methanosarcina thermophila (P1329).

I have no idea how these compare with the Clostridial enzyme, but Sigma
says the M. thermophila enzyme is thermostable.
