Isolated nuclei

Good questions !

I isolated nuclei from myeloid TF-1 derived cells. It's difficult to obtain
good results. As there was not no doubt about the integrity of our nuclei,
my report finally presents results on whole cells...
I used classical and fluorescence microscopies to ascertain it was nuclei.
I have a protocol, I just have to find it again. I did this work for my
master degree internship in Toulouse, France. Contact me by email for
further info.
By the way, where are you ?
