DNA Methylation analysis - help please !!

bisulfite modification turns C into U but leaves methylated Cs alone.
so do bisulfite modification, then PCR, then sequence
(5-lane sequence: ACGT from the unmodified DNA, and a C or T lane from
the modified DNA)
