Yep, A mammalian expression vector with a mutant DHFR gene as
selection marker and a mouse MT promotor. It is from 1986 I believe
(look for Palmiter, Cell) but it works fine and I still use it. Works
best in combination with BHK cells but should be usable for any cell
type.
