human liver cells

Dear all,

I would like to perform in vivo footprinting in primary hepatocytes. Therefore 
I need fresh primary hepatocytes (or frozen with protective agent like DMSO). 
Preferably I need cells from different individuals with different genotypes to 
test for the effect of polymorphisms on the binding of transcription factors.

Is there anybody who knows a source for human liver tissue (transplantation 
service?) and is willing to share that?
