The two I am familiar with are pkk232-8 from pharmacia. It uses CAT as the reporter. The other is pRS415 which is available from bob simons at UCLA. It uses lacZ as the reporter. The pkk232-8 has a wider variety of restriction sites in the MCS. -- Mark Bowen
