chimeric cDNA clones : HELP

Hi.

I clone 16S rRNA genes and it gives a lot of chimeric clones :

Isolation of RNA with a RNAwiz kit from Ambion, DNase treatment, RT-PCR, PCR 
and clone that. 

Any tricks out there??????
