Hi... Problem with PCR . Amplification with Capsicum sp. ( SA 184 ) using primer nad4 exon 1 and nad4 exon 2. Got 2 band in electropherosis. while amplification with other accession ( Capsicum sp. also ), single ( beautiful ) band detected. Pls. give some advice and solution thanx.
