DNase I - immobilized column Tx for pre-RT-PCR?

Does anyone have any experience with MoBiTec's DNase I - immobilized columns?
I'm trying to determine if this would be useful for treatment of Trizol
products prior to RT-PCR and DD-PCR. One concern I have is upsetting the
buffer conditions in the RT-PCR (Superscript II ). Any advice is appreciated.
