Hi, does anybody have experience with the SMART and the SSH kit from Clontech? I would like to know if it is possible to purify your SMART PCR Product with the Quiagen kit instead of using the clontech columns described in the manual. And is it necessary to use NH3 precipitation or could I use a NaAc precipitation as well. Ciao Patrick
