monoclonal antibodies

Hi everyone,

I am currently culturing hybridomas for antibody production.  The only
problem is, the cells appear to have stopped producing the antibody.  This
is my last vial of cells so I NEED them to produce.  Does anybody know
what I can do to "switch" the antibody production back on ??  I am using
DMEM-HT with 20% FCS as the culture media.
