Hi, Has anybody encountered and used an antibody against v-myc? I am trying to immortalize primary cells with v-myc by use of retroviral infection and I need a v-myc antibody to detect expression of the oncogene in the infected cells. I have not had any luck finding a commercial antibody so any help on the matter would be highly appreciated! Thanks in advance, Jens Tornøe
