GSH measurement

There are a lot of HPLC methods out there and I seem to recall most use
coulombmetric detection.  Most of the methods will only detect total GSH+GSSG,
but if you set up a reducing cell in between 2 detectors you can detect both
GSH and GSSG, and thus calculate the ratio, which is a far more useful number
than total GSH alone.
