Hello!
I'm a student of Intercollegiate Faculty of Biotechnology in Gdansk and I
have a problem.I can't find any literature data describing methods of short
complementary oligonucleotides annealing.I have two 16-mer oligos and no
idea how to make double stranded DNA of them.I would be grateful if you
could help me with that.
