I am looking for a very highly efficient yeast transformation protocol to use for a yeast two-hybrid library screening. Is the "Frozen-EZ Yeast Transformation II" as efficient as it gets, or are there better protocols, still? Using speroplasts perhaps? I would appreciate all input.
