I'm looking for protocol of performing DNase I hypersensitivity
in human fibroblast and breast carcinoma (MCF-7). Anyone can tell me how
to extract the nuclei..?? Or point me to related references..??
Any suggestion and recommendation are welcome. Thanks in advance!
