Hi all, I am interested in doing some DNA affinity chromatography to "hunt" for factors that bind to an upstream activator of my gene of interest. I have some questions: 1. Which brand of resin/matrix is recommended? Why? 2. Reccomended protocols/papers/web-sites? Thanks a lot Yuval
