Idaho Technology invented the RapidCycler and LightCycler. They licensed
the LightCycler technology to Boehringer Mannheim who subsequently
became part of the Roche group. The RapidCycler is still sold by Idaho
The problem with being on the cutting edge is that you occasionally get
sliced from time to time....
