Hi, I would like to extract mRNA from cultured mammalian cells or tissue. I need really good mRNA in order to synthesize full length cDNA. I was wondering if someone could give me any recommendation on which extraction kit to use since there are quite a few manufacturers for this kind of kit. TIA min
