Hi netters!
I am looking for very knowledgable peoples who can tell me how exactly
micrococcal nuclease is cleaving DNA. My understanding is that it cuts DNA
leaving 5' protruding ends (2 bases) and yields 3' phosphate ends. Is this
correct?
