Hallo out there, I am wondering why we use almost always (?) Lysozym and Sucrose together. Wath is the purpose for the Sucrose? I tried several time lysozyme treatment without sucrose and for PCR it worked. Maybe the Proteinase K did the job. But I did not compare the results with and without sucrose. I hope anyone can explain it. Thanks in advavce. Dietrich
