Receptor&ligand crosslink.

Hi,

I am expressing and purifying some receptor and get 100ug purified receptor
protein. The next step is determine its activity. The receptor/ligand
crosslink analysis may clarify its function scheme. Someone uses DSS and BS3
from Pierce. Unfortunatly, I have no such drugs at hand. Are there any other
drugs can work?
